Nepal, officially the Federal Democratic Republic of Nepal is a landlocked sovereign country in South Asia. Relatively small in size with an area of 147,181 sq km, this country is filled with many different ethnic groups, customs and traditions mirrored in a superbly diverse geography. Life here contemplates around an intertwined blend of ancient Hindu and Buddhist ritualism.

Dispersed across these varied altitudes are communities of colorful cultures and people, lively cities, towns and far-flung mountain villages many untouched by contemporary progression. The uplifting sight of soaring mountains, terraced valleys, rushing rivers and ice-blue lakes is a magnet for mountaineers and trekkers alike. Some say Nepal is not a country but an addiction - but these words don’t even get close to describing what this destination is really like. You have to experience it for yourself!
